Having played the majority of the weapons (and maining CB and LS), the most fun I have had is with the SnS. Before I start on why SnS has been such a great experience so far, I would like to preface this spiel with my notion of what a fun weapon is: a weapon that makes me feel like there's more to learn even after playing it for a while.It takes a lot of research points to level up the last couple levels. Without question I would go with the PS5 version. It's a locked 60 experience and the resolution is 1800p so it looks real clean despite not being true 4K.
